It has been determined that there are no site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that the proposed development will: • Generate less than 10 additional vehicle trips per day (VTD) and is not a change in use. If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACRD Planning Review-will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time. Prior to final approval you will need to submit construction plans to the ACRD Development Review Department to insure compliance with the conditions identified above or for traffic impact fee assessment. This is a separate review process that requires direct plans submittal to the Development Review staff at the Highway District. A traffic impact fee will need to be assessed by ACRD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACHD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning Department for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Your building permit will not be issued until ACHD has approved your plans and all associated fees have been paid.
