Conditions of Approval:
1. Approval to sell boats on the subject site is allowed for the above-referenced dates only. After
each sale, the site shall be returned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including
free of debris and garbage.
2. All temporary structures and merchandise shall be displayed so as not to interfere with the clear
vision triangle. In no case shall items be displayed, or business conducted within the publicright-of-
way, unless otherwise authorized by the Transportation Authority (ACRD).
3. The use shall not result in the construction of any temporary or permanent structures that would
not otherwise be permitted subject to the regulations of this Title 11 Meridian City Code.
4. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits.
5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided to serve the use.
6. The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the principal
permitted uses on the site. Except for temporarily displacing the parking stalls shown on the site
plan, the placement of boats and/or trailers shall not block or otherwise restrict vehicular flow
in this area. A 25-foot wide drive-aisle shall be maintained between boats/trailers at all times.
7. All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations for
signs, Chapter 3, Article D sign requirements of the Meridian City Municipal Code.
8. Compressors, fans, pumps, and other motorized equipment shall be located or shielded to
reduce noise levels to adjoining properties.

9. The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by any
authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health Department,
Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments.
10. The applicant may request renewal twice during any calendar year, for a maximum of six (6)
weeks per calendar year.
11. Comply with all other applicable City Code.

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)

accurate survey or inspection of the property.
TOGETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversions, remainders, rents, issues and
profits therefrom; and all estate, right, title and interest in and to the property, as well in law
as in equity, of the Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property and the appurtenances unto the Grantee, and
to the Grantee's successors and assigns forever. The Grantor and the Grantor's successors
shall warrant and defend the property in the quiet and peaceable possession of the Grantee
and the Grantee's successors and assigns, against all acts of the Grantor and no other, subject
