Project is subject to all current City of Meridian ordinances and conditions of approval of CUP- 06-002 approved for this site. The issuance of this CZC does not release the applicant from any previous requirements of the other permits issued for this site. In particular, the requirement that all equipment, including but not limited to booms and all other storage equipment, shall be fully screened from view, and shall not exceed 10-feet in height, must continue to be complied with. 2. Approval to hold a promotional event on the subject site is allowed June 29, 2007. After the event, the site shall be returned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including free of debris and garbage. 3. All temporary structures shall be displayed so as not to interfere with the clear vision triangle. In no case shall items be displayed, or business conducted within the public right-of--way, unless otherwise authorized by the Transportation Authority (ACRD). 4. The use shall not result in the construction of any temporary or permanent structures that would not otherwise be permitted subject to the regulations of this Title 11 Meridian City Code. 5. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits. 6. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided to serve the use. 7. The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the principal permitted uses on the site. A 25-foot wide drive-aisle shall be maintained at all times. 8. Unobstructed sidewalk: If a private sidewalk or pedestrian way in front of the building is used for the temporary use, a minimum width of four (4) feet shall remain unobstructed for pedestrian use. 9. All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations for signs, Chapter 3, Article D sign requirements of the Meridian City Municipal Code. 10. The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by any authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health Department, Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments. 11. The applicant may request renewal twice during any calendar year, for a maximum of six (6) weeks per calendar year. 12. Comply with all other applicable City Code. ,,~'..
