Pine street, west of Eagle Road, south of Fairview Avenue, east of Locust Grove Road in Meridian, Idaho. This application will allow an additional two years for the developer to submit final plats for the remaining phases of the development. The entire 168 acre property that is part of the original preliminary plat was approved by the Council on November 7, 2007. The current approval of the preliminary plat will expire on May 7, 2011.
