• The use shall not result in the construction of any permanent structures that would not

• Any temporary structures shall be portable and completely removed at the end of the
allowed time period (UDC 11-3E-4C3)
• The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits (UDC 11,3E-4C4)
• Adequate off-street parking shall be provided to serve the use (UDC 11-3E-4E1)
• All surfaces used for parking on 1302 N. Main Street, shall be constructed with paving,
vegetative cover, or of a dustless material (UDC 11-3E-4E4)
• All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations
for signs, Chapter 3 Article D SIGN REQUIREMENTS of the Meridian City Municipal
Code (LTDC 11-3E-4F)

• The site shall be returned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including
free of debris and garbage (UDC 11-3E-4H1)
• The modular building shall meet the construction standards for commercial occupancy
and obtain all necessarypermits as re uq fired by the Building Code in accord with Title 10
of the Meridian Ci Municipal Code (UDC 11-3E-6C~
• The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by
any authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health
Department, Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments. Contact Joe

Applicant, Ray Chace, requests temporary use of attached "Modular
Building" to use from at or about 15 May 2006 to 15 October 2006 while
construction of the Meridian Kids Club, Inc. main facility is completed.
The modular building completes the requirement setforth by the Idaho
Department of Health and Welfare for satisfying the hygienic needs
(restroom, kitchen, office and washing facilities) of the applicant.
Permits on file exist: Day Care Use
New Garage
Pending Permits (or recently filed): Tear Down and Reconstruction
Trash is currently transferred to curb site for pick up from back off building
which is, and will remain, out of the main street's sight.
