Christian Way. This is will be a model home that is included as Lot 3 Block 3 in our approved Jayden Village project. The sales office is expected to operate Sunday -Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. It will begin operation as soon as the model home is complete and will be removed in less than a year. The sales office will be used to sell homes to the public until the community is sold out. Parking will be provided across N. Christian Way in the approved parking lot for the community pool as shown on the site plan, and a dust free material will be applied to all parking areas. The pool is not expected to be in operation during the use of the sales office, therefore we do not foresee parking loads being an issue. Employees and patrons will access the sales office from the adjacent sidewalk and the model home's driveway. Weekly trash removal will be provided by Sanitary Services Co. (SSC).
