Our client Meridian CenterCal, LLC, Applicant for the above-referenced Development
Agreement Modification, supports the recommendations included in your staff report for
tonight's City Council hearing, with the following additional change in Section 7 of the
Development Agreement that I understand you will present at the hearing: "COMPLIANCE
PERIOD: This Agreement must be fully executed within two (2) years after the date of the
Findings for the Development Agreement Modification application or it is null and void; in such
event, the Original Development Agreement shall control."
