The existing facility is reaching capacity and in order to maintain the optimum class size the District will be moving two (2) relocatable classroom buildings onto the site west of the existing facility. These two (2) relocatable buildings consist of two (2) 600 square foot classrooms each. There are not restroom facilities or drinking fountains in either relocatable so neither water or sewer service is required. Power will be brought into both relocatables from overhead. Both units have air conditioning and electric heating. There are two (2) entrances to each relocatable. One entrance is accessed by stairs while the other entrance is accessed by a ramp which meets the ADA requirements for slope, etc. The roof is asphalt shingles. The relocatables are painted beige with dark brown trim. This scheme is the standard colors for relocatables through out the District. The relocatables will be located in the grass area to the west of the existing facility and north of the existing west pazking lot behind the berm. The existing underground irrigation system will be reworked so that the existing sprinkler head will not be located under the relocatables. The existing system will be reworked so that the sprinkler head will not spray on the relocatable but will provide water to the existing grass area as before. The relocatables will not interfere with the existing refuse dumpster nor the collection trucks. The relocatables will not interfere with emergency access around the existing facility. The relocatables will be located approximately 43 feet west of the existing paved access driveway due to the fact that there is an 8" water line with a 20 foot easement located 25 feet off of the west edge of the access driveway.
