Watertower Lane, Suite 200 Meridian, Idaho 83642 PROJECT: Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School Education Campus Subdivision Joint School District No. 2 Joint School District No. 2 respectfully requests Certificate of Zoning Compliance approval for the Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School located in the Education Campus Subdivision on N. Locust Grove Road between Ustick and McMillan. The new 22,010 square foot Charter High School building will complement Meridian Charter High School in massing and detailing, and will utilize similar materials and colors. Vehicular access will be provided from both Locust Grove Road and E. Leigh Field Drive. The new Charter High School Building will be serviced by existing utilities stubbed out on the south side of the Meridian Charter High School Building. The Charter High School grounds will be irrigated with an underground pressurized irrigation system which will. conform to the City of Meridian requirements with performance specifications meeting or exceeding the state design requirements, materials, and construction methods. (Section 5 of the City of Meridian Landscape Ordinance Items 5.2 - A-F). The point of connection will be at an existing well, which may be relocated to better serve the entire Education Campus Subdivision. The existing water right for the well is approximately 280 gallons per minute. The available water pressure will be 80 psi and the new pumps will be designed to meet this requirement. The system is currently under design by JUB Engineers and Jensen-Belts Associates and upon completion will be submitted to the City of Meridian for additional review. Thank you for your prompt attention to this important project.
