The space is currently occupied by Mountain States Cellular which is a retail operation. Money 4 You, as a tenant of Avest Plaza Shopping Center, will be operating apost-dated check loan store. Money 4 You has been in business for 8 years and operates 15 stores in Utah. In our operation our customers will write a check to us that is dated 1-2 weeks out. We then give them a check(not cash) that they can take to their bank, and cash. After the 1-2 weeks we simply deposit the customers checks. We will have 1 too? employees in the store and anticipate approximately 5-10 customers per day. The store hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon-Friday and eventually 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on ,Saturday.
