Because no other building permits will be issued for the golf course, it will be necessary to assess an impact fee at this time. The impact fees for golf courses (both public and private) are assessed at a per hole rate of $1,703. The impact fee fora 9-hole golf course is $15,327.00, and will be required prior to the issuance of the building permit for MCZC-03-028. If you are interested in submitting an individual assessment for this project, the Application for Individual Assessment must be submitted with payment of the fee. Please contact our Impact Fee Administrator, Gary Inselman, at 387-6180, if you have questions related to the fees. Because the connecting streets in the Touchmark Development are private roads, there are no other ACHD requirements for the golf course. Watertower, Suite 200 Meridian, ID. 83642 Subject: Temporary Dumpster Service fcr Touchrr~a~~ Dear Mr. Siddoway: Sanitary Services has delivered and will service a three cubic yard temporary dumpster at Touchmark's Meadow Lake Village development off of Franklin Road. As we understand it there will not be a dumpster enclosure at this time. Although dumpsters are required to have enclosures under City Ordinance there are temporary dumpsters used throughout the city in instances where construction is ongoing and there needs to be solid waste collection. We assume the city will determine the length of time that Touchmark can continue. to operate in a temporary situation. We look forward to working with the developer to establish, a solid waste collection system within Meadow Lake Village that is consistent with our equipment and safe and efficient for the residents.
