Project engineer shall certify that the number and size of handicap-accessible spaces conforms to the Americans with Disabilities Act. The petition for 10 compact parking stalls is granted, as they ~ ~ are above and beyond the City's required minimum number of parking spaces-71 spaces aze required, 88 are provided. Handicap-Accessibility: The structure, site improvements and parking must be in compliance with all federal handicap-accessibility requirements. Lighting: Lighting shall not cause glare or impact the traveling public or neighboring development. Trash Enclosure: SSC has approved the submitted plan and proposed trash enclosure, with the understanding that a cardboard compactor may also be added. If a compactor is added, please submit a revised site plan so that P&Z can review it for compliance with screening requirements and other applicable codes. ACRD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACRD as they pertain to this development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. The building will have apre-engineered metal roof with 2 layers of 1-1/2" rigid insulation, single ply EP roof over a structural metal deck. The exterior walls will be framed with 6" metal studs and covered with exterior gypsum sheathing and an EIFS skin. The floor will be a 4" slab on grade and will be finished in accordance with the tenant's specified system. Exterior doors will include hollow metal access doors, metal over head delivery doors, and custom aluminum storefront entry systems. Exterior windows will be built of aluminum storefront systems and will be non- operable. The north-western access to the development will be added during this phase of construction.
