permit from the City of Meridian prior to installation. Temporary signs are prohibited, and shall be
removed within three days notice.
Scope of Development: This Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall be valid for only the proposed
6270 square foot restaurant building and accompanying site improvements.
Landscaping: The landscaping shall be installed per the approved landscape plan (stamped 07-19-02).
All landscaping shall be installed for prior to occupancy.
Lim: All new lighting, whether attached to the building or placed within the parking area, shall
not cause glare or impact the traveling public or neighboring developments, as determined by the
City.
Parkin: Parking is approved as depicted on the approved site plan (stamped 07-19-02).
ADA: All construction and site improvements shall be in compliance with the ADA.
Certificate of Occupancy: All required improvements must be completed or installed prior to
obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. A temporary Certificate of Occupancy may be obtained by
posting a bond or other certified funds in the amount of l l0% of the improvements that remain to be
completed.
Conditions Of Approval: All the conditions of approval as listed in the Conditional Use Permit issued
for this development shall still be effective in addition to any conditions listed in this permit.
ACI-[D Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACRD as they
pertain to this type of development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a
