Scope of Development: This Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall be valid for only the modification of the existing parking lot to be turned into a storage lot for manufactured wood products. landscaping: All existing landscaping shall be protected and maintained as depicted on the approved site plan (stamped OS-03-02). All new trees and fencing shall be installed and completed prior to the occupancy of the storage lot. A,CHD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACRD as they pertain to this type of development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan. to accommodate the ACRD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning and Zoning Sta~for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Plan Modifications: The Site Plan is not to be altered without prior written approval ofthe Planning & Zoning Department. No field changes to the site plan are permitted; prior written approval of all changes is required. Expiration Date: This permit shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of approval (5-3- 02). The City will issue a new permit for the same use annually, however if the use changes or the use reverts back to the parking lot the City will require that the property is brought into compliance with the applicable zoning ordinances in effect at the time of any change of use.
