I have changed the parking layout as we discussed. I increased the parking on the West Side to 19'-0" and revised the compact parking to full size as we discussed. The new total parking is 149 standard stalls and 6 accessible stalls, for a total of 155 stalls. Also, per our discussion, we have increased the number of street trees to be 1 per every 35 feet of street frontage. Attached is a copy of our revised landscape plan.
