COMMENTS:
The proposed facade improvements are in compliance with applicable zoning and development
ordinances. Therefore, the project is granted this Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC).
However, the existing site parking and landscaping aze not in compliance current ordinances.
Therefore, Fiesta Guadalajara is hereby put on notice that the site must be brought into compliance
with current ordinances prior to the issuance of a CZC for any future development or site
improvements that require a building permit.
The plans stamped 1/30/01 are a-pnroved with the comments noted above.
