The contractor will install asemi-pem~anent metal fence along the northern boundary of Generations Plaza. They will also install a iwo-foot high wood barrier at the bottom of the fence to protect the concrete and seating wall on the park side. We will allow a four-foot opening in the fence, where the sidewalk from Idaho Street accesses the alley to allow pedestrian traffic between the City's Pine Street Parking Lot and Idaho Street. 2. The Contractor will install asemi-permanent fence along the western boundary of the City's Pine Street Parking Lot. 3. Construction equipment, supplies, and employee vehides will not be allovued in the City's Pine Street Parking Lot at any time during constnxtion. The contractor will hose down the manhole sand trap and the Pine Street Parking Lot at the oondusion of construction on the second building. 4. The Contractor will install a moveable metal construction fence along the 1 ~ Street side of the new building, and at no time will they dose off the sidewalk along 1 ~ Street. 5. The Contractor will not use any electridty or water from Generations Plaza without prior approval from the Parks Director. Handicapped sign needs to be installed on the Pine Street parking lot; 2. The Pine Street parking lot needs to be seal-coated and re-striped when temperatures are appropriate; 3. Filter fabric needs to be removed from the Pine Street parking lot drain and silt accumulation checked; 4. Landscaping in the parking lot islands need to be completed as per specifications; 5. Irrigation system in the parking lot islands need to be tested to the Parks Department's satisfaction; 6. Parking lot and alley signage needs to be completed as per specifications; 7. Two-hour parking lot restriction signs need to be re-installed. Also, the 2-1/2 caliper trees adjacent to Generations Building No. 2 meet with Parks Department approval. 1
