Dear George,
Please allow me to clarify the number of employees and their duties at the new facility. In
the front office, there will be a total of 14 full-time employees and one part-time
employee. Duties performed are sales, management, typesetting, estimating,
bookkeeping, and prepress activities.
In the production area, including the pressroom and bindery, there will be a total of 13
full-time employees including printing press operators, bindery equipment operators,
packaging, shipping and delivery.
The entire workforce is day shift, working from approximately 6:30am to 5:30 pm We
are -not anticipating an immediate increase in personnel, even though we will have more
capacity. In the future, if the need arises, we plan to add a second shift to better utilize
our equipment and space.
I hope this helps to clarify our mix of employees.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Michael L. Peters
