PLANS ACCEPTANCE
The District has reviewed the plans for the above referenced project, and they are accepted for public street
construction. By stamping and signing the improvement plans, the Registered Engineer ensures the District
that the plans conform to all District policies and standards. Variances or waivers must be specifically and
previously approved by the District in writing. Acceptance of the improvement plans by the District does not
relieve the Registered Engineer of these responsibilities. The District will assess the following impact fee for
this project. The impact fee must be paid prior to issuance of a building permit.
Total Impact Fee due: $3,904.00
Standard Requirements:
1. Utility street cuts in new pavement less than five years old are not allowed unless approved in
writing by the District.
2. All irrigation facilities must be located outside the public right-of--way unless otherwise
approved by the District.
3. Replace damaged curb, gutter, and sidewalk with new curb, gutter, and sidewalk to match
existing improvements.
4. All facilities to be constructed with a proposed development, and to be owned and maintained by
the District, must be constructed according to the latest edition of I.S.P.W.C. and the District's
Supplemental Standard Specifications.
5. Any work in the public right-of--way requires a permit from ACHD Construction Services.
6. An engineer registered in the State of Idaho shall prepare and certify all improvement plans.

As we discussed yesterday, please ensure the folkwving items are completed~n compliance

I conducted a site inspection on 11/OS/01 of the C.W. Construction building at 1500 W. Barrett
Drive to determine compliance with landscaping, parking and trash enclosure requirements.
Cortland Walker submitted a check in December 2000 in the amount of $12,273 for the
landscaping and parking lot striping. All improvements are now complete as per the approved site
plan and the cash surety can be released for these elements. Please contact Cortland at 888-1851
for further question on this matter.

I'm attaching a .copy of the Site Plan comments as made by Sanitary
Service Company for the original Conditional Use Permit application last
year. As you can see on their handwritten note at the bottom, they
requested a 10' x 10' encbsure. However, they may not have known that
you were intending to utilize curbside pick-up, not on~ite truck pick-up.
If you want to stay with the 6' x 6' fence enclosure you have right now, we
will need a letter from SSC stating that the 6' x 6' enclosure is adequate
and mat curbside pickup will be satisfactory for them at this address and
for your office use.
Let me know how you want to proceed. We cannot sign for Final C.O. until
either the enclosure is enlarged or we receive a letter from SSC modifyh~g
their original requirement.
Once the extruded curb is installed and this enclosure issue is resolved,
please call me at 884-5533 to set up a final inspection.
