COMMENTS:
Landscaping: All existing landscaping shall be retained. If any trees must be removed prior to
construction of the Garage they shall be replaced elsewhere on the site. Any replacement
landscaping tree shall be 2" caliper minimum. Replacement trees must equal or exceed the
number of caliper inches of trees that were removed.
Li tin :All new lighting attached to the building, if any, shall bedown-shielded, and shall not
adversely impact the surrounding properties and right of way.
Certificate of Occupanc,.y: All required improvements must be complete prior to obtaining a
Certificate of Occupancy.
Vehicle Access: Vehicle access to the building shall be constructed of asphalt.
Plan Modifications: The approved Site Plan and Landscape Plan are not to be altered without prior
written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department. No field changes to the site or
landscape plans are permitted; prior written approval of all material changes is
required.
The Site Plan & Landscape Plan stamped 06/18/01 is approved with the comments noted above
