Dear Mr. Lazson:
I have revi :wed the site plan for the proposed office building at the northwest corner of Allen Street
and Magi< View Drive i~ Meridian. ACHD reviewed this site in 1999 as MAZ99-0022/MCUP99-
0040 and l,laced site specific requirements on the site.
The applicant has requested plan review approval from ACRD but does not yet have construction
drawings available for review. This letter serves only as plan approval for driveway locations.
• The driveway on Allen Street located approximately 295-feet north of Magic View Drive is
approved, and has already been constructed with the improvements to Allen Street with prior
AZ:HD approval.
• The driveway on Magic View Drive located approximately 400-feet west of Allen Street is
approved.
• Other than those two access points, no other driveways are allowed.
Upon completion of construction drawings the applicant will be required to submit a full set of plans
to ACHD for approval of all site requirements including drainage. At that time ACHD will oaloulate
both the general impact fee and the extraordinary impact fee required for the Magic View Subdivision.
The City of Meridian should not issue a building permit undl ACHD has reviewed and
approved the construction drawings and has calculated impact fees.

VIEW PARTNERS, an Idaho general partnership, the "GRANTOR," and ADA
COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT, a body politic and corporate of the State of
Idaho, the "GRANTEE";

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the GRANTOR has granted, conveyed, bargained
and sold, and does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm to the
GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, that certain real property
situated in the COUNTY OF ADA, STATE OF IDAHO, more particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof,
TOGETHER with all and singular the improvements thereon, the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, and
rents, issues and profits thereof (collectively the "Premises").
SUBJECT TO those exceptions to GRANTOR's title as are set forth on

The GRANTOR covenants to the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns,
that, except for those exceptions to title to which this conveyance is
expressly made subject: (a) previous to GRANTOR's execution of this Deed
