St. Luke's Meridian Medical Center is proposing to open an access road from the north loop road to the Emergency Department entrance just east of the Physical Plant. This access will provide easier and quicker access for individuals requiring emergency care. We are also proposing pedestrian crosswalks and sidewalk for pedestrians from-the Meadow Lake Village office building now under construction to the MMC site. Additional directional signage will be provided as indicated on the attached drawings to also help with ease of access. In the landscape, 4 trees will be relocated on site, a few shrubs removed from the existing parking planter, and the irrigation will be modified to allow for the access road.
