Crossfield Subdivision No. 4
Time Extension Narrative
Pride, LLC, hereby applies for a time extension to obtain the City Engineer's signature on the final
plat for Crossfield Subdivision No. 4. The property was originally annexed under Ordinance No.
OS-1199. A rezone to TN-R from R-8 was completed in 2010 (Ordinance No. 10-1454). A
Development Agreement (Instrument No. 110078718) was signed by City Council on August 24,
2010. The Final Plat for Crossfield Subdivision No. 4 was approved by the Meridian City Council
on May 12, 2009.
The final plat for Crossfield Subdivision No. 3 was signed by the Meridian City Engineer on
August 28, 2009, resulting in a date of February 28, 2011, to obtain the signature on Crossfield
Subdivision No. 4. We are requesting a 24-month time extension to obtain the City Engineer's
signature, to February 28, 2013. Due to the sustained economic downturn and market conditions,
the applicant is unable to complete processing of the plat at this time.
The pre-application meeting was held on February 8, 2011. A neighborhood meeting was held on
February 16, 2011; no neighbors attended the meeting.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-SA-SD, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
