The property was originally annexed under Ordinance No. OS-1199. A rezone to TN-R from R-8 was completed in 2010 (Ordinance No. 10-1454). A Development Agreement (Instrument No. 110078718) was signed by City Council on August 24, 2010. The Final Plat for Crossfield Subdivision No. 4 was approved by the Meridian City Council on May 12, 2009. The final plat for Crossfield Subdivision No. 3 was signed by the Meridian City Engineer on August 28, 2009, resulting in a date of February 28, 2011, to obtain the signature on Crossfield Subdivision No. 4.
