A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy may be obtained by providing surety to the City in the form of a Letter of Credit or cash in the amount of 110% of the cost of the remaining improvements (including paving, striping, or landscaping,). A bid must accompany any request for Temporary Occupancy. Conditions Of Approval: All the conditions of approval as listed in the Conditional Use Permit issued for this development shall still be effective in addition to any conditions listed in this permit. Plan Modifications:. City's failure to specifically identify requirements in this Certificate of Zoning Compliance does not relieve owner of responsibility for compliance. ACRD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACRD as they pertain to this type of development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit.
