Anew ACHD standard access is proposed on Stratford approximately 550' south of the existing access. I have a few questions, darifications and comments on the submission: 1. Parking Count Pm confused by the "Parking Provided" calculation shown on Site Parking Plan. It only shows 99 existing spaces on the building site. Why aren't any of the stalls on the north end of the building parcel shown? You're only including the first row of parking on the north side of the building, but there are many rows of parking between the buildings and E. Watertower Lane. Please clarify. 2. Utility Lines: Please oorifirm if there are or will be any ovefiead power lines along Stratforc. I know there are lines adjacent to Micron's buildings, but t'm not certain if they continue south. If ~, the Norway Maples and Spruce trees will need to be downgraded to Class 1 trees. 3. Stratford Buffer: The Landscape Ordinance (12-12-4.2) prohibits evergreen trees within required street buffers. This is primarily so law enforoement can do drive-by inspections and dearly see into the parking lot from adjacsnt public streets. Please modify Sheet LS-1 to replace the 13 Serbian Spn.rc;e trees with a deciduous variety. 4. Planters: The Landscape Ordinance (12-12-$.3.E.) prohibits evergreen trees within interior parking lot planters. Please modify Sheet LS-1 to replace the 3 Serbian Spnace trees shown in the two planters.
