It has been determined that the Right-of-Way and Development Services Department does not have any site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that: - On May 3, 2000 the Ada County Highway District acted on Resolution No.l /MAZ00-004/MCUP00-015/MCUP00-016/MCUP00-017. - The same conditions and requirements apply to MCZC-04-099. If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACRD will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time. A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACRD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit.
