It was not shown on the St Luke's Phase 3 CUP Site Plan. Although the property ownership has since changed from Touchmark to St Luke's Medical Center land swap), the boulevard is shown in the same location as it was on the original Touchmark plans. The boulevard is still shown on Touchmark's Phasin P~(approved by City Council on May 15, 2001 as part of the Amended Development Agreement but only as a point of reference The boulevard is entirely on St. Luke's parcel. It is in alignment with Street "I" at Roundabout #4 in the Touchmark plan. (NOTE: This Certificate does not approve any of the future parking, curbs or planters shown adjacent to the boulevard in faded copy. It approves only the boulevard itself and associated landscaping. All future buildings, landscaping and any site work done beyond the Scope of Work of Phase 3 will require a future Conditional Use Permit.) Approved Plan: The Landscape Plan (Sheet L.1.1), dated 9-12-01 and stamped 9-14-01, is approved. The landscape plan is not to be altered without prior written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department. No field changes to site plan permitted; prior written approval of all changes required. So, I'm sending this directly to you. I've already sent a copy to John Rennison and told him I would get our stamped approved copy to Public Works.
