Conditions Of Approval: All the conditions of approval as listed in the Conditional Use Permit issued for this development shall still be effective in addition to any conditions listed in this permit. Plan Modifications: The Site Plan and the Landscape Plan are not to be altered without prior written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department. All work will be completed to ensure that each new plant is planted with the appropriate practices to promote growth and health. A root stimulator with fertilizer will be applied to all trees. Either a Certified Landscape Technician or a Master Gardener will oversee all work. All workmanship, plants (except for the pine trees), and materials are covered by our written warranty for a period of one year. The sprinkler system needs to be turned off for at least 4 to 5 days prior to the beginning of the job to reduce damage to lawn. Job Specifications: Remove the pine trees planted along Franklin Rd. and Linder Rd. Plant the pine trees in a new location on site. (No warranty is offered on the pine trees.) Plant the following trees in the same location as the pine trees: 5-2" red spire pear 4-2" mountain ash 4-2" sensation maple 4-2" green spire linden 3-2" thundercloud plum Repair the turf where necessary.
