During apre-development meeting held with Steve Siddoway and Bruce Freckleton on January 29, 2001 the following requirements for landscaping were outlined: 1. A 5' landscape strip is required at new asphalt areas. 2. Maintain the existing tree buffer along I-84. 3. Add landscape islands at the new drive way into the existing west parking lot. 4. Provide 35' landscape buffer at Overland Road. All of these requirements have been incorporated into the plans. Specific aspects of the PRINCIPALS project are: TIMOTHY F.
