permits. A new handicap accessible si ng is required as per the redline note.
Landscaping: A minimum of six (6) additional, three-inch (3") caliper trees are to be provided on
the rear portion of the lot (as per the approved Site Plan with the CUP) and served bean
underground sprinkling svstem. Landscape plan (stamped "Approved" on 7-6-00) not to be altered
without prior written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department.
Fencing: No fencing is permitted alon tg he Eightmile Lateral per the approved CUP to meet the
10% open space requirement.

drainage to be retained on site.
