Idaho 83642 RE: MSPR-26-00 / 1100 Overland Road / KD Roofing PLANS REVIEW COMMENTS For the Ada County Highway District to accept the plans for the above referenced project, please complete the. following requirements: 1. Provide note to specify that all construction in the public right-of way shall conform to the 1999 edition of the LS.P.W.C. and the ACRD Supplemental Specifications. Specify that no exceptions to District Policy, Standards, and the LS.P.W.C. will be allowed unless specifically and previously approved in writing by the District. 2. Dedicate 48-feet of right-ot=way from the centerline of Overland Rd abutting the parcel by means of recordation of a final subdivision plat or execution of a warranty deed prior to issuance of a building permit (or other required permits), which ever occurs first. The owner will be compensated for all right-of--way dedicated as an addition to existing right-of=vvay from available impact revenues in this benefit zone. Provide legal description, site plan highlighting dedicated right-of-way area, proof of ownership,. name, title, and address of signatory. 3.
