All existing trees shall be maintained. If trees greater than 4" caliper are removed, they must be mitigated for in accordance with Ordinance 12-12-10. Parking: Per Ordinance 11-13-4.F., the proposed 60° parking stalls require a minimum drive aisle width of 17 feet. This appears to be met by the site plan. The standard and handicap stalls must be striped. The handicap stall must bevan-accessible and signed in accordance with ADA regulations. Drainage: This site plan and Certificate will be sent to the Public Works Department for review.
