originally estimated.
I'll keep you posted on when the improvements are completed and the bond can be released.

There is a need to revise the "revised site plan" that has accompanied the Certificate of Zoning
Compliance issued by Meridian Planning and Zoning Department.
There are two issues that preclude acceptance of the plan in its present form. During a predesign
meeting on June 6, 2000 (minutes of meeting provided by Stillman Anderson) we disclosed that
there is an existing sanitary sewer and water main easement on-site. We noted that there shall
not be any trees encroaching within the existing easements. Both previously approved site plans
from P & Z have trees planted over the sewer and water mains. Stillman's notes reflect our
comments that the easements must be shown on the plan to prevent potential conflict with trees.
The site plan presented to P&Z does not disclose the location of the existing easements or our
facilities.
In addition I have consulted with Meridian Fire Chief Kenny Bowers regarding the deletion of a
portion of the all weather fire access road around the perimeter of the building. Kenny has
confirmed that the deletion of the roadway on the South side of the building is unacceptable.
I'm tabling the review of this project until I receive a revised site plan addressing these issues
which is stamped "review approval" by Meridian Planning and Zoning Department.
