PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT /NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011, for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application ZOA 11-001 of City of Meridian Planning Department for Unified
Development Code (UDC) Text Amendment to amend the text of certain sections to include general
clarifications /clean up items; standards for pathway lighting along the Eagle Road corridor; and
allowance for a Council waiver of certain stormwater integration standards.
More particular descriptions of the above information are on file in the Planning Department, 33
East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours,
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Copies of the above applications are available upon request. Any and all interested persons
shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral
testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven
(7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the
hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact
the City Clerk's Office at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT t NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian and the Laws of the Stale of idatw, that the Planning and Zoning Commlasion of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City HaA, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thuroday, March 3, 2011, for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application CPAT 11.001 of City of lAeridtan Planning Depattment for an
amendment to the text of the City of Meridian Comprehensive Pian which includes the following: 1)
adoption of the 2010 Existing Conditions Report as an addendum to the Plan; 2) updates to the text oP
the Plan; 3} changes anti additions to the goals, objectives and action items contained in the Plan AND
4) a complete reformat of the Plan far Comprehensive Plan Revamp.
