PLAiyS ACCEPTANCE
The District has reviewed the plans for the above referenced project, and they are accepted for public street
construction. By stamping and signing the improvement plans, the Registered Engineer ensures the District
that the plans conform to all District policies and standards. Variances or waivers must be specifically and
previously approved by the District in writing. Acceptance of the improvement plans by the District does
not relieve the Registered Engineer of these responsibilities. The District will assess the following impact
fee for this project. The impact fee must be paid prior to issuance of a building permit.
Total Impact Fee due: $16,63.00
Standard Requirements:
I. Utility street cuts in new pavement less than five years old are not allowed unless approved in
writing by the District.
II. All irrigation facilities must be located outside the public right-of--way unless otherwise
approved by the District.
III. Replace damaged curb, gutter, and sidewalk with new curb, gutter, and sidewalk to match
existing improvements.
IV. All facilities to be constructed with a proposed development, and to be owned and maintained
by the District, must be constructed according to the latest edition of I.S.P.W.C. and the
District's Supplemental Standard Specifications.
V. Any work in the pubiic right-of--way requires a permit from ACHD Construction Services.
VI. An engineer registered in the State of Idaho shall prepare and certify all improvement plans.

This is the revised plan I spoke to you about. The drainage plan shows them changing the
bottom of the swale from grass to sand/rock throughout the length.
Drainage wise, they are approvable. I want to make sure it does not cor-flict with your
approved landscape plan.

Remarks:
I conducted a final site inspection on 07/19/01 of the Northwest Machine
warehouse/manufacturing building at 1957 E. Lanark to determine compliance with landscaping,
pazking and irrigation requirements. I believe Guy Gauge with NW Machine & Manufacturing
submitted a Letter of Credit last December for the landscaping and curbing. All improvements aze
complete as per the approved site plan and the Letter of Credit can be released for these elements.
