I have included the ACRD approval letter, three copies of the landscape plan, and three copies of the grading plan (for your use as a site plan). I have also enclosed one copy of the Settlers Canal Tiling Plan, the Street/Water and Sewer Construction Plan, and the Pressurized Irrigation Plan. You will also find a copy of the conditions of approval for the conditional use permit and a brief description of how we have met those conditions. Finally, I have filled out a compliance checklist form. This has all the area calculations in square feet and as a percentage of the whole site. I hope I have all the information you need. Joe Canning is still working on legal descriptions for the water and sewer service easements. From what I could tell, that was not an item that you would be checking.
