Project Name: One Portable Buildin for the District Office of Meridian School District Specifications: Available Gallons per Minute: Existing Available Water Pressure: Existing Point of Connection (describe and/or submit a site plan): • Primary Connection• No change to existing. • Secondary Connection• No change to existing. Landscape Area: If the irrigation system is hooked to City water as a primary or secondary water source, submit the square footage of landscape areas to be irrigatod.• s.f. Backflow Prevention A backflow prevention device must be installed as required by City Ordinance 9-3. Coverage The irrigation system must be designed to provide 100% coverage with head to head spacing or triangular spacing as appropriate. Matched Precipitation Rates Sprinkler heads must have matched precipitation rates within each control valve circuit. Irrigation Zones Sprinkler heads irrigating lawn or other high-water-demand areas must be circuited so that they are on a separate zone or zones from those irrigating trees, shrubs, or other reduced- water-demand areas. Overspray Sprinkler heads must be adjusted to reduce overspray onto impervious surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas. Additional Irrigati~Totes: Irri ation Required All landscape areas regulated by the City Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shall be served with an automatic underground irrigation system. Additional requirements affecting pressurized irrigation systems can be found in City Ordinance 9-1-28. Irrigation Water Source Use of non-potable irrigation water is required when determined to be available by the City Public Works Department as regulated by City Ordinance 9-1-28. If city potable water is used, a separate water meter is recommended so the owner can avoid paying sewer fees for irrigation water. Potable water shall not be used as a primary irrigation water source on non-residential lots with more than '/z acre of landscaping. Year round water availability is also required by connecting to city potable water or an on-site well as a secondary source. Gentlemen: I have examined Abstract of Title to the above property consisting of the following: Abstract belonging to the District covering all of Nidag~s Addition ~to I~feridian consisting of t:~renty (20) entries made by James S. In passing I might say that James S. Bogart Abstracts 'are not now generally .considered ~ in pas sing title . However, I have exa~~:lined recently Abstract to Niday~s Addition, and in my opinion the title of J. L. Niday to Niday's Addition up to and including the 19th day of &Tay, 1904 eras good and merchantible title. Said Abstract discloses a deed from J. L. Niday and wife to the I14eridian Independent School District X33, dated Iii&y 16, 1904 covering all of Block One (1) of Nidayts Addition; further discloses that on October 19, 1934 J. L. Niday and Lary A. Niday, his wife, executed and delivered a ~Yarrlnty Deed to the Independent School District ~33,Ada Oounty, State of Id9. ho covering Lots Nine (9) to Si::teen (16) both inclusive, in Block Eight (8) and One (1) to Ei~t (8) both inclusive in Bloclt Seven (7), T+idayts addition to TUleridian, being the '.hest Half (~~~) of B1ocI: Eight (8) and the East Half (F~) of Block Seven (7). Said Abstract discloses that all mortgages against said property had been released and that all ta?:es against said property have been paid. Abstract discloses special assessments in the Nampa and b:eridian Ir- rigat ion Di strict a lien. However, personally on Dec ~.mber 13, 1934, I paid to the Nampa and bieridi an Irrigation District all assessments against said property up to and including the gear 1934. The Abstract excludes special assessments in the Village of ?Meridian. The only special assessments i~ the Village of I,`_eridian would be for the construction of main and lateral sewer and the Abstract, is not certifying t o that .
