Dear Steve:
Enclosed is an updated master site plan, Building "K" site plan and "Conditional Use
Permit Compliance" report for the issuance of a "Certificate Of Zoning" for the Office
Depot being constructed on the Building "K" area, within the Meridian Crossroads
Shopping Center. The total parking stall and tree counts continue to be in excess of that
required by the Ordinance and CUP.
Please review. Upon approval please issue a "Certificate Of Zoning" for submittal of
plans for a building permit.
