This letter is to describe several design revisions that are noted & shown on the Site
Development Plan since we received review momments from ACRD .
We request your approval of the following modifications: 1) modified engineered curb cuts
to meet ACHD requirement on the King Street. 2) revised the location of buried utility
service lines as previously shown on our site plan due to ACRD required modifications. 3)
addition of new concrete sidewalk across vehicle driveway and the modified entry walk ramp.
Please review the attached Site Development/ Landscaping Plan. Your staff level approval of
these minor revisions to the site's overall design will be much appreciated. Please give me a
