Stora e Yard: Per the recorded Development Agreement, Para. # 4.u, Exhibit B, the lot owner shall perform at least yearly dust abatement on the rear storage yard. Upon ten (10) days notice to the owner, more frequent dust abatement may be required by the City of Meridian. Vehicular use of Gravel Storage Yard must be kept to a minimum. Standard Requirements: Utility street cuts in new pavement less than five years old are not allowed unless approved in writing by the District. Relocate all above ground utilities and other obstructions from the curb, gutter, sidewalk and street areas unless specifically approved by Planning and Development. All irrigation facilities must be located outside the public right-of-way unless otherwise approved by the District.
