Approved Plan: The Site Plan (Sheet A-0), dated 9-1 1-00 and stamped approved 9-18-00, is approved.
Si na e: No new signage is proposed or approved. Separate sign permits are required for both free-standing
and all wall signs. No portable signs or temporary signage permitted.
Landscaping: The two (2) new Honey Locust Shademaster trees must be a minimum of 3-inch caliper, not
2-inch as shown. They must be served with an underground sprinkler system. The landscape plan is not to be
altered without prior written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department. No field changes to site plan
permitted; prior written approval of all changes required.
ACHD License A Bement: No building permit will be issued until a copy of the License Agreement with Ada
County Highway District for the trees in the right-of--way is submitted to the City.
Bonding: All site improvements must be completely improved or bonded for at 110% of the incomplete
amount prior to P&Z Department signature of Certificate of Occupancy.
