COMMENTS:
The proposed Sports Court will be categorized as an "Outdoor Entertainment Center," which is a
permitted use in the existing C-G zone. All landscaping and improvements shall comply with the
approved site plan dated 6/26/00 (stamped 7/17/00). All sidewalks shall be a minimum of 5 feet
wide per City Ordinance. Any signage is subject to design review and requires separate permits.
Note: The proposed development is only one corner of Lot 22, Block 2 of Central Valley Corporate
Park. No other development may co-exist on the same lot, unless under the same ownership as the
Sports Court. Any split of the lot, without platting, would constitute an illegal lot split.
No field changes to the site plans are permitted; prior written approval of all changes is required.
