Curbin : Per MCC 12-13-7-9, all landscape areas adjacent to driveways, parking lots, or other vehicle use areas, must be protected by curbing, wheel stops, or other approved protective devices. Curbing may be cut to allow for storm water runoff. Li tin :Lighting shall not cause glare or impact the traveling public or neighboring development. Trash Enclosure: All dumpsters and/or carts must be screened from view and not be visible by the public or from adjacent properties. Trash enclosures must be in the location and size as approved by SSC. Handicap-Accessibility: The structure, site improvements and parking must be in compliance with all federal handicap-accessibility requirements. ACHD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACHD as they pertain to this development. We have already provided a ramp at the handicap parking spaces as required. It is felt that the ramp is crowding the entry and creating an uneven walking surface at that highly trafficked area. Will you reconsider that requirement or is there a way we can modify the parking to eliminate the need for the ramp? I would appreciate your help. Dato: August 2, 2004 Ree Revised Landscape Plan -The Ram Restaurant After I approved the site and landscape plans for The Ram CZC, Steve O'Brien pointed out that two of the interior planter trees were in a water main easement that runs north-south through the site. Doug Russell with The Land Group revised the landscape plan to remove the two trees. Since the perimeter landscaping was already planted at the maximum number of trees, these two trams were not required to be relocated on site.
