I did not see a calculation of the total asphalt area on site. Please provide this figure so I can verify the site meets the 1 tree per 1,500 s.f. of asphalt requirement. v2: Please increase the density of plantings within the 20-foot western planting buffer to better meet the City Council-approved Site Plan. No structural encroachment is permitted into the required 20-foot buffers on the north and west. Please omit the 6-foot CMU walls around the patio and show this area as a pad only. Please provide a letter or stamped Site Plan from Sanitary Service Company (Bill Gregory) approving the location of the trash enclosure. Please call-out the exact locations and terminus points of the 6-foot vinyl fence (must be constructed as per the fence construction detail approved in the Wesley Subdivision Preliminary Plat application). As we discussed, if you are proposing to stop the northern fence short of the eastern boundary due to the willow tree, submit a letter stating the reason and, to your knowledge, the status of the legal proceedings and any details on the neighbor's position, etc. Once you submit your revised Site Plan, I'll complete the Certificate of Zoning Compliance within a day or so and you can submit full building sets to the Building Department.
