Brad has agreed to accept a plant list as opposed to a detailed planting plan as it was not a requirement of our conditional use approval. The concern of the City, as well as OEI, is that vision triangles are preserved and that we pay close attention to the species of trees selected because of the high water table. The trees specified on this list shall be used on the project with general tree locations determined by the planting plan provided by Mithun. The exact location of the trees may vary, as we need to keep the root balls as lugh as possible to avoid conflicts with the high water table.
