Certificate Of Zoning -Revised Site & Landscaping Plans
Dear Shari:
Per our discussion the site and landscaping plans for the Arby's restaurant located on
building pad P2 within the Meridian Crossroads Shopping Center have been revised to add
two trees in the landscape planter along the drive-up aisle, increase the width of the trash
enclosure and rearrange the handicap parking stall configuration.
Enclosed are three revised site plans of the building pad P2 immediate area and an updated
master site plan for the entire shopping center. The revised landscaping plan was
forwarded under separate cover by Mr. Doug Russell at The Land Group.

PLANS ACCEPTANCE ~ ~Z
The District has reviewed the plans for the above referenced project, and they are accepted for public street
construction. By stamping and signing the improvement plans, the Registered Engineer ensures the District
that the plans conform to all District policies and standards. Variances or waivers must be specifically and
previously approved by the District in writing. Acceptance of the improvement plans by the District does not
relieve the Registered Engineer of these responsibilities. Tlie District will assess the following impact fee for
this project. The impact fee must be paid prior to issuance of a building permit.

Standard Requirements:
1. Utility street cuts in ne~v pavement less than five years old are not allowed unless approved in
writing by the District.
2. All irrigation facilities must be located outside the public right-of-way unless otherwise
approved by the District.
3. Replace damaged curb. ~~utter, and sidewalk ~~ ith new curb, gutter. and sidewalk to match
existing improvements.
a. All facilities to be constructed with a proposed development, and to be owned and maintained by
the District, must be constructed accordin~~ t~~ the latest edition of I.S.P.W.C. and the District's
Supplemental Standard Specifications.
5. Any work in the public right-ot=way requires a permit from A(~I I D Construction Sen ices.
6. An engineer registered in the State of Idah~~ shall prepare and certify all improvement plans.
