After consideration of the time required to request a Variance for reduction in landscaping.
and. parking requirements, and the delay it would cause in our efforts to obtain a Building
Permit, we have decided to recall our application for Variance as submitted February 15.
We are submitting replacement site and landscape plans showing full compliance, as
discussed, for a Certificate of Zoning Compliance. Our original application was submitted
November 3, 1999.
