G.) The expansion to 2 910 s f requires an additional four (4) parking stalls to meet the
minimum off-street parkins requirements However due to site limitations and the Applicant's
signed statement that the building addition will not >?enerate any increased vehicular traffic the
existm>7 ten (10) parking stalls will suffice A minimum of three (3) three inch (3" caliper trees
must be provided on the site and served by an under rog and sprinkler system This requirement is
currently met. However anv relocation of existing trees due to the building addition must be
approved in writing by the Planning & Zoning Department

above and beyond our current capacity. The addition will allow an improvement in our
current ability to house animals, expand current work stations, and provide much needed
storage. To reiterate, the addition should not result in an increase of demand for parking
