(?0$) 3H8-03(X) Fax (2(lt~) ?44.531):t RE: Medimont Subdivision, being marketed as Stonebridge Business Park Dear Shari: This letter is in regaxds to the Restrictive Covenatts on the Medimont Subdivision, as well as the Development Agreement between Properties West alnd the City of Meridian. The Development Agreement calls for a minimum of 7 foot wide landscape strip along the interior side lot property lines, which extends from, the front property line behind the sidewalk to the front line of the building. If each property owner put in a 7 foot landscape strip on each side at the property line. this would create a 1 A foot wide landscape strip frotx- the fro;tt property line back to the front of the buildings, which would be an excessive amotutt of landscaping in one location. We, as the Archi±ectural Committee for Nleditttont Subdivision, have modified this requirement so that the T wide landscape strip extends from the front property line behind the sidewalk to the rear property line. This 7' landscape strip would be ozt one side of the property line or the other. This would provide a landscape strip that would be tnore appealing providing a nicer look as the landscaping rnatuxes, as well as providing landscaping the full depth of the lot rather than just the front portion back to the building. The control for determining which side of the property line the ?' landscape strip belongs .could be a requirement of the Architectural Committee iu Conjunction with the City of Meridian. It is our intent to handle this change administratively. If necessary, we can modify the Restrictive Covenants and the Development Agreement. If you have any questions regarding thus nnodifieation, please contact me. Sincerely arncs L. Boyd President dLHldlw HUB OF TREASURE VALLEY MAYOR ~ LEGAL DEPARTMENT Robert D.
