Schiller Lane -Electrical Wholesale Plans Dear Shari: Spoke with Gary Smith and he reluctantly agreed to allow us to process the building plans for the new Electrical Wholesale building while the Final Subdivision Plat is being reviewed and recorded by Ada County. Our client, Electrical Wholesale, is aggressively pursuing this project and any time we can save is appreciated. Attached is a grading and drainage plan, landscape plan and sprinkler plan for your review. I have submitted everything else to Dante for his review. We understand that the permit will not be issued until the Final Plat is recorded and we appreciate you willingness to review the plans while Ada County is reviewing and recording the Final Plat.
